The University neighborhood, surrounding the University of Denver (DU) campus, lies south of the I-25 / Buchtel Blvd corridor, west of South University Blvd., north of Dartmouth Avenue, and east of South Downing Street. The University neighborhood boasts a slew of amenities including access to sporting and cultural events at DU, convenient shopping and a multitude of recreational opportunities. A variety of homes, from small bungalows to mid-century ranches to grand estates around Observatory Park provide an eclectic mix in the ‘hood.

Commute with ease five miles north to Downtown Denver via Broadway or six miles south to the Denver Tech Center via the I-25 corridor. This area features a convenient and extensive RTD bus and light rail commuter system just north of the campus.
