Urban Digs

The City of Englewood updated and adopted its 2016 Comprehensive Plan to help guide the city into an “Englewood Forward” vision. The Plan’s intension states that:

Englewood will be a hub for creative thinkers, innovators, and a highly
educated citizenry. The Englewood Community will be premised on a
series of vibrant neighborhood areas all connected to the region by a
leading edge transit system.

With its two stations–the Civic Center and Oxford light rail station–the City’s infrastructure has the foundation to transform itself to meet their forward vision with a mixed use environment of housing, retail, and specialized industries. The following developments are indications to this vision.
